  • Who we are:

    Fix69 Tech Support has years of experience within the technology enhancement industry. We specialize in solving customer’s problems with the newest remote technology. With our years of knowledge and experience and highly qualified computer support experts, Fix69 Tech Support strives to help our customers clarify and navigate old, existing, and new technology. We are located in 7 countries -3 continents. We are authorized to perform maintenance on Microsoft and Apple products in North America.

  • Will you call me when I am scheduled for service?

    Unfortunately, we do not monitor your computer constantly so you do need to contact us for service. Therefore, it is your responsibility to set some kind of reminder. You are eligible for unlimited maintenance if you are enrolled in our Unlimited Care Plan, so if you start to see any degradation in performance than don’t hesitate to email.

  • “I received a phone call from a tech support company claiming I have infections and performance issues” !! Then what should I do?

    If you received an unsolicited phone call from another company then you may have fallen victim to a scam. There are many versions of this scam. They may say they work directly for Microsoft or some other major company. They have even gone so far as to “spoof” your local law enforcement agency’s phone number. If this happens DO NOT let them access your computer. Please verify the number they called from and also ask what company they work for, the best way is to verify your customer ID.

  • Will I be charged if I call back in with a new issue?

    That depends on what plan you are on. If you declined one of our ongoing care plans you have a 7 days warranty on the work completed. If you purchased one of our ongoing care plans then there are no deductibles and all of our services are included with your plan.

  • What is your refund policy?

    The charge is strictly non-refundable as the services are already provided. We word under 100% guaranteed fix policy, so first we fix the issue and then once all issues are resolved than on a verbal and written authorization of the customer we proceed the payment.
